During my recent business trip to Unawatuna, I had the pleasure of staying at the Flamingo Guest House, which turned out to be a delightful retreat. The location is perfect, just a minute's walk from the pristine beach, renowned for its vibrant coral reefs and diverse marine life, making it ideal for some post-meeting relaxation or a quick dive. The room I stayed in was spacious and immaculately clean, boasting a comfortable bed with multiple pillows that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The host was incredibly welcoming and ensured that all my needs were met, including prompt laundry service, which was a significant plus for my busy schedule. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant was a culinary highlight, offering a delicious array of local and international dishes that fueled my mornings perfectly. With its remarkable atmosphere and attention to detail, Flamingo Guest House is highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. I definitely hope to return for a more leisurely visit with my family, allowing me to introduce them to this gem in Unawatuna.
